Port Phillip Estate Salasso Rosé 2012

The colour of the bottle shot is no guide to the contents within, the green bottle somewhat masking the vivacity of this 'salasso' (bleeding the juice) Rosé made from Mornington Peninsula Shiraz.

Fresh on approach, strawberries, cherry and cream and touches of florals. Light bodied, an elegance to it. Spice with nuances and apple and cinnamon here; tangy acidity and an edge mineral like in its presentation.

Good length and flow, another Rosé that I could quite happily get into. I do believe that the 2013 is now available. 92 - Very Good
