Another solid release from Cook's Lot, shares a familiarity to its 2012 sibling, though my preference is - marginally - for that wine.
Here the wine veers more towards tropicals with pineapple and a little tangy citrus/ grapefruit in support.
Zesty, tangy - a word that popped up more than once in my written note - showing a bit of toasty oak in the mix too. Malo has softened the acid nicely, my only gripe is a little bitterness toward the back end. Decent length, goes alright this. 89
