Comes in a lovely embossed regional bottle. From there my love diminished. Opens well: hedgerow, herb/garrigue, lovely savoury-woody spice with dusty earthen notes over a little red fruit. Medium bodied, hints of mineral, licorice - fruit a little lacking on the palate. Medium intensity, reasonable savoury length - yet it lost its way quickly, life and vitality sadly ebbing away from it. OK, my money would be much better spent elsewhere. 89 Tasted on: Saturday 9th August, a Fruit Day Source: Retail Price: $70ish Alcohol: 14% Closure: Cork Website: http://www.famillequiot.com/ Follow me: http://twitter.com/TheVinsomniac
