Not as impressive a release as the Shiraz, but signs are positive. Out of the blocks with a gun metal, burnt orange, cherry, chestnut and cola complex aromatic make-up.
Moves to a fresh palate, good fruit presence, flash of vanilla, a nip of acid (surprising), soft tannins. Decent length bookends the wine. Shows promise. 89
