Yelland & Papps Devote Greenock Shiraz 2012

I think of 2012 as a Shiraz year and I'm more inclined to think that in 2013 Grenache has the edge. Just my view of course, mind.

Essence of Greenock: chocolate, blueberry, cherry, a little mocha/coffee too.

Full and smooth, with a sense of ease, a fluidity. So drinkable yet with a base of earth and a touch of spice. Has a lasting carry through the finish, and a frame of fine tannin before it. Prima! 93
