Mount Pleasant Airport Block B-Side Field Blend 2014

A little grass, herb (dill, thyme perhaps), citrus and stonefruit.

Fleshy, textural; stonefruit and a little phenolic grip too. Balanced: great mouthfeel and flavour, suggestive of a little spice perhaps and a gentle spine of acid.

Good length: gentle, unforced, a little grip for company. 91

Tasted on: Wednesday 6th January, a Flower to Leaf day
Source: Cellar Door
Price: $30
Alcohol: 11.5%
Closure: Screwcap
