Cook's Lot Chardonnay 2014

Toasty oak, vanilla over grilled nectarine; there's a faint tropical line that lingers - kumquat jelly or such.

Lacks a little fruit in the middle for my liking - oak showing a touch more dominant - but it's supplemented by a little chewy caramelisation.

A little back end acidity completing the picture. 89
