Huntington Estate Late Harvest Semillon 2015

Ten tonne of fruit was left on the vine to ripen, with about 30% to be affected with botrytis. Here's the result.

Lemon, apricot, cut marmalade; honeyed citrus. Lemon, lime, fresh and tangy; full on citrus assault. Sweet and unctuous, texturally lavish. Brimming with life and freshness. 

Paired this with a baked lemon cheesecake. Winning. 92
