Cush & Cush Heathcote Vermentino 2016

Ultra-fresh, fragrant - fresh herbs (Rosemary, thyme), a little citrus perhaps, over dry stones.

Soft, elegant - a little stonefruit, with a drying undertow, zestiness and phenolics for added appeal. Pretty complete package, balanced and a long drying finish that effortlessly lingers.

Concludes a trio of stunning debut releases from Cush & Cush (see also Verdelho and Grenache/Mataro).  91
