The Adelaide Hills and Sauvignon Blanc are a winning combination - typically offering a up a grassy, pungent manifestation of the variety.
In the right hands it works well and The Hiding Champion is typically a solid offering. There's hints of raspberry leaf and passionfruit, a particularly pleasing aromatic combination.
Nice rounded mouthfeel, it sits well on the palate, acid is nicely balance and there's a supportive phenolic (mouthfeel) component that adds to the package. Lemongrass, lemon, zesty. Could happily go here. 92
