Historically a varietal Chambourcin, but now includes a splash of Shiraz and Graciano.
Plenty on the nose: hibiscus, strawberry, cherry - plenty of red fruit.
That carries through to the palate, it doesn't hold back, the strawberry if anything more prominent.
It's quite simple, but pretty compelling. One of those wines that I cannot shake an historical association with either. 90
