Pertaring 'Scarecrow' Sauvignon Blanc 2016

Certainly more in the tropical spectrum than it's stablemate the 'K1 by Geoff Hardy'. This one just had me thinking of those soft, fleshy tropical fruits - thinking Papaya, green mango, a little citrus for added refreshment.

Somewhat lively, zesty, minerally palate - almost sorbet like in its ability to cleanse and freshen. Papaya, paw paw - a veritable fruit salad.

Soft on length, this comes across as a wine to get things going, awake the senses ready for what lies ahead. 89
