Huntington Estate Special Reserve Shiraz 2012

Residual oak, dark, creosote, rum 'n' raisin. Thick, sludgy, almost tarry; the oak - even at five years is very obvious.

Pretty tough going, not sure it's ever going to break free of its oak shackles. 87

Tasted on: Sunday 5th February, a Fruit to Root day
Source: Sample
Price: $36
Alcohol: 14%
Closure: Screwcap
