Leeuwin Estate Siblings Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2015

The herbal Sauvignon Blanc clearly leads here, it comes across as unequivocally Margaret River in its presentation. Tinges of citrus, faint passionfruit, like a neighbourhood pet marking its territory.

Things step up a level on the palate, a modicum of texture  - it's a 66/34 blend and some portion of it sees some barrel ferment - shows its hand, blackcurrant leaf, requisite citrus. More of that leafy, herbal composition.

Not necessarily one I took a personal shine to. Nonetheless, states its case, being what it is. 89
