Mr Riggs 'The Magnet' Grenache 2015

Ooh, smells pretty high-octane: less of the raspberry and softer red fruit, more toward the mulberry and plum.

Fuller bodied, more of that red fruit shines here, take berries and masticate/ macerate to really bring to the fore. Tannin is present, fine-grained, a gentle rasp against the roof of the mouth.

Feels a little extracted, McV Grenache has moved on from here. Bold, yet balanced. Redeems itself. 89
