Yaldara Ruban Grenache 2014

Ripe and rich, pronounced black fruit, smidgen of red rounding out, top spice, oak. Sandy soil perhaps? Expressive nonetheless.

Very full, but with a disarming lightness. Black currant, licorice, a little back palate freshness, salinity. Moderate length, and like me handles its alcohol well. 90

Tasted on: Wednesday 8th February, a Flower day
Source: Sample
Price: $25
Alcohol: 15%
Closure: Screwcap
