Zonte's Footstep Lake Doctor Shiraz 2015

Smells pretty ripe, pruney, gamey meat.

Coconut, mint, satsuma plum, fresher than the nose suggests; freshness keeps alcohol in check. Minor back palate bitterness. Goes alright, served at the appropriate temp (as with all). 90

Tasted on: Monday 6th February, a Root day
Source: Sample
Price: $25
Alcohol: 14.5%
Closure: Screwcap
