Zonte's Footstep Love Symbol Grenache 2015

Interesting one, in that the palate off the bat delivers far more than the aroma suggests. Aromatically it just comes across as somewhat mute, not really offering up a lot - needing some time to wake, unfurl.

Quite fleshy, lolls and rolls across the tongue, quite fruitsome - raspberry, jubes and a fine grain of tannin. Carry is good.

A little back end bitterness, a counterpoint to the fleshy fruit before. Enjoyable. 89

Tasted on: Thursday 6th April, a Leaf day
Source: Sample
Price: $25
