Huntington Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Classic Cabernet, unmistakably so: has that just ripe cassis/mulberry at its heart, surrounded by a leafy tobacco and bay outer, a suggestion of green olive skin.

Carries an elegance, bordering on lightness. Good carry of fine tannin, persistent in the way that it coats the mouth.

In many respects gentle, as it ebbs across the back palate. Enjoyable. 90
