Barossa Boy Little Tacker GSM 2016


The Barossa boy in question is Trent Burge, son of stalwart Grant. Barossa Boy is Trent's solo outing with an initial release consisting of this GSM, A Cab/Shiraz, with a Mataro to follow in the new year (2018) A dark core, leathery and earthen with fruit accents, a black fruited mass. 

Smooth and supple on entry, spicey - a little clove and black pepper. The tannin profile is somewhat coarse, broad grained with a lingering licorice presence on a good length. 90
