Ferngrove Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Easy-going Cabernet on offer. Certainly offers classic Cabernet character without being too stern: cedary oak, cassis. All flowing nicely onto a palate that offers that and more.

Subtle licorice twists add an additional layer of complexity to the wine. Powdery but firm tannin provides a solid platform for the aniseed twists to flow on to the finish. 89
