Lowe Headstone Rosé 2017

Blend of Grenache, Zinfandel, Merlot, Pinot Gris.

An attractive aromatic mix here, as perhaps belies its composition. All too often there's a tendency to go chasing specific aromatics, when instead a general floral perhaps may suffice. A suggestion of mango skin.

A gentle mineral tickle, soft entry - the wine sitting comfortably in the palate. It's dry without any associated hardness, or firmness, certainly a wine at ease with itself. Adroitly handled. 91
