Wirra Wirra Hiding Champion Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Wirra Wirra seem to have got the handle on the Hiding Champion this vintage. The passionfruit and gooseberry are the champ's calling card this vintage, seemingly eschewing the herb and grassiness that can often dog the variety.

There's a juicy, limey, sour tang to proceedings to the wine. It all just hangs off of a good line. Almost like Sauv Blanc for Riesling lovers (or made by a Riesling lover). 92
