Rusden Ripper Creek Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

The good ol' "Aussie Red", here, Pareto's favourite drop as an 80/20 blend.

Rich, chocolatey, little hint of burnt caramel. Suggests a cuddly wine, an embrace. Choc-mocha, layers of black fruit sitting deep in the wine.

Gentle rub of tannin, a suggestion of back palate vanilla and another  tug of flavour that persists for a happy finish. 90

Tasted on: Saturday 27th May, a Root to Flower day
Source: Sample
Price: $30
Alcohol: 14.8%
