Barossa Boy Young Wisdom Mataro 2016

Deep, dark, soulful - more in the way of tobacco, and dark wood. Lighter elements, light to the shade, something more floral - lavender and violets.

Soft, almost chewy intro before the onset of dark spice that penetrates the very corners of your oral cavity. Fine tannin creeps along, as if building and spreading a web across which the fruit is carried - cassis and plum - and remnants of oak. A fine release. 93
