Yellow Tail Prosecco NV

Has a delicate floral, apple blossom and nashi pear profile - certainly quite inviting.

Light and vibrant with a zestiness, it’s actually quite a gentle wine - unlike many Prosecco that have a coarse, agressive mineral profile. A little additional sugar has added some weight and texture, to soften that palate profile.

Decent finish, lacking the finesse of methode bubbles for sure, but for around the $12-13 mark the casual drinker will be happily rewarded. 86
