Bremerton Old Adam Shiraz 2015

Fans of Old Adam won't be disappointed with this release, truth be told they rarely are! It's built on the mantra of biggest is best, clocking in at 15% it fits the build card!

Rich, ripe, heavy touch of the oaky char that envelopes this wine. Vanilla and plum aspects soften that slightly, the seasoning to the meat.

Firm and black fruited palate, softer through the middle than you might expecting. Initially soft tannins that cushion nicely across the palate, hints of herb and spice - peppery goodness seasoning here.

That black fruit flows long, an amalgam of the fruit, seasoning and oak coming together. Flowing mellifluously, seemingly ready to go now but rewarding the patient with a cellaring range up to 10-15 years. 93
