Harewood Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2016

I've been very impressed with the wines from Harewood Estate, particularly the whites. This Chardonnay more than equal to the Rieslings out of the stable.

Toast, grilled stonefruit, figgy hints - oh so figgy, just as though freshly cut - all serve to present an alluring aromatic profile.

The palate, golden and crisp, succulent and rounded. It's a merge of both a frame of acid that serves to shape the wine, along with creamy nut kernels that add breadth and depth to it.

Decent length on this too, that creamy cashew aspect only serving to accentuate the overall profile. 92
