The Signature releases have proven themselves well: affordable, regional, varietal.
Take this Shiraz, it carries its conviction well and offers a mix of black fruit married to somewhat fudgey oak characters.
Decent lick of sweet fruit through the middle, elements of licorice and black pepper that lift the game a little. Tannin is somewhat a surprise feature, the palate initially formed of that fruit profile and then up pops this relatively decent grain of tannin through to the finish. 90
