Shaw + Smith Pinot Noir 2018

Fragantly savoury intro, carries the hallmark character of where I've come to know the S+S Pinot to now lie. It's that fine line between inherently savoury charms of the whole bunch character and the core of fruit it surrounds.

Light, lithe and supple - it sits on the palate, conveying a spice tinged length. A fine minerality, provides a natural tension to the wine. Quite exemplary, feeling all the better for an additional percentage of stated alcohol over last year's release. 93
