The Natural Wine Co. Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Exhibits the tropical elements of the Sauvignon Blanc, whilst managing to eschew the shrill and weedy - positives in my opinion.

Its fresh, with pineapple and kiwi, and honeydew melon. Refreshing for the variety. Soft, rounded, somewhat fleshy with more of the green melon coming through. Truth be told, it reminded me more of a Fiano - and I enjoyed it.

Sensory evaluation isn't about enjoyment, it helps, but when something has been well made and that elevates it above the norm, it stands out. Phenolic pinches give extra enjoyment, adding depth and length. 91
