Tim Adams The Fergus 2015

Black cherry, veering to raspberry top notes. Juicy appearances bolstered by oak nuances adding depth.

Cherry makes a reappearance on the palate, add to that something like an almond paste and it has me thinking along the lines of a Cherry Danish or such.

A persistent and definite line of flavour that yields for nothing. Fine tannins, delicate spice - supplementing the riper fruit elements, giving them further lift. 91
