Huntington Estate Bin 18 Shiraz 2015

Typical Huntington/Mudgee profile, terroir at hand here - perhaps a touch more new oak still evident, even with the house years under its belt. An observation, nothing more.

Lighter framed on the palate, a delicacy one suggests. Tight, yet fine, tannins the perfect segue to that rich and rounded regional profile. There's a blue fruit-meets-chocolate profile, a freshness of carry that sweeps everything along in a just so package. Sensitive winemaking. Bravo Tim and Nicky! 92
