Jacob's Creek Barossa Signature Chardonnay 2017

Slight custardy, almond oak showing here. Stonefruit, Citrus and figgy hints. Altogether rather pleasant, inviting. Toast and flinty notes, touch of chalky phenolics, gentle drying rub across the length of the palate.

Not one whose ever been totally sold on Barossa Chardonnay, yet I suppose when you've the resources of Pernod-Ricard you can fashion something crowd pleasing. Find this under a deal and you'd no doubt be happy. 88
