Terre à Terre Wrattonbully Red 2016

Unsure of the exact blend, I'm guessing Cabernet Sauvignon (post-tasting: "made from red varieties coming from vineyards we own and manage. It will be a blend of Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot) and Shiraz) is a fair constituent component given the aroma. Plummy, cedar, remnants of oak.

Fine seasoning, given a little air (and time) the black fruit starts to shine. Fine, feels barely mid-weight, minerally tannin profile. Back palate carries a darker (fruit and feel) profile, compared to that initial lightness. Light and shade. 91
