Ubertas Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Black licorice notes add a certain depth, succulence of black fruit softens that impact on the palate. Pepper. The oak tannin at this stage feels rather blocky, needing some time to settle.
Yet, still, it does provide a frame for the fruit to sit and to deliver on a good length. Will serve it well into the future - if you've the patience to keep your hands off of it! 92+
