Browning lime, lemongrass, veering to a white pepper aspect that certainly tickles the olfactory organ. Fair width about it (I served first pour at about 10°), texture and phenolics as if worked to a degree.
Classic Eden slatey minerality, and a focal length of acidity. Lingers longer, lemon and lime tartness popping up its head, the sunshine and zing providing refreshment plus. 91
