Gartelmann Lisa Chardonnay 2017

New livery for the Gartelmann wine. Clean, clear, concise - an improvement I suggest. I hope that long term customers agree. In this case, I certainly offer that the packaging is a lead in to the quality in bottle.

Cool climate Chardonnay here, rippling with soft fruit character; the usual suspects.

Flinty hints, both across the palate and aromatic suggestions thereof. Touch of stonefruit kernel, spice, fig and citrus. Cleansing line of acidity, fine and very long. Something you feel that you could sup on for days. Excellent release. 93

Tasted on: Thursday 13th June, a Root to Flower day
Source: Sample
Price: $40
Alcohol: 12.5%
