Golden Grove Tranquillo Bianco 2019

White "bitsa" blend of Sauv Blanc (45%), Vermentino (24%), Chardonnay (16%), Semillon (12%), White Muscat (3%). Semillon on full solids, added texture over sugar.

Sauv meets lemon sorbet here, gives a suggestion of sweetness on aromatic approach. Peach in the frame too: soft, sensuous, semi-dry.

Minerally tickle on entry, that dance across the palate, awakens and enlivens as if to prepare for what may come, a vinous amuse bouche! Plump around the middle, comes at the expense of length, as if concertinaed to bolster the mid-section. 88
