Juniper Crossing Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2018

A blend of Semillon (55%)and Sauvignon Blanc (45%), all estate grown fruit - albeit off of different vineyards.

Subtle tropical fruit nuances waft their way out of the glass here, Passionfruit, melon and veering to a suggestion of blackcurrant leaf. Aromas I almost find hard to reconcile with the region, for thinking of them as tropical and yet here present in something from the reasonably maritime cool of Margaret River.

Citrus derived acidity punches its way through the palate, a razor sharp acidity to boot. It's as if to cleanse, leading the way for a textural wash across the palate. Fruit filled, spice seasoned. It carries on a fine length. 92
