Mr Mick Shiraz 2015

A bit less forgiving than the Cabernet Merlot (link). Initial hints of summer fruits, with less conviction. Oak hints, adding seasoning and a little sheen to proceedings.

Somewhat short, latent bitterness. Reasonable length of black fruit. Doesn't quite fulfil what I came to - perhaps optimistically - expect, given the quality of both the Rosé and Cab/Merlot blend. 87

Tasted on: Wednesday 19th June, a Fruit day
Source: Sample
Price: $17
Alcohol: 14.5%
Closure: Screwcap
