Perhaps not so forgiving is Chardonnay, its creamy, dairy notes are somewhat of a confronting aroma, subtle peach being suppressed, golden wheat notes lift somewhat.
The palate is quite rich, cloying almost, lacking the drive - and relief - of the acidity. For me, the least impressive of the Estate releases. 88
