Pirate Cru Slurpy Puppy Centurion Vine Grenache 2015

At 4 years it may have started to lose some of the lustre of youth in glass, yet the aromatics still speak of spicy and earthen Grenache over the pretty red fruit for which the variety is known.

Light and silken palate, long-threaded gossamer tannin connects generosity and depth of flavour.

Spice, touch of scorched earth, grain of tannin - all add to bring this one home. 92
