Aylesbury Estate Waterfall Gully Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

There's more background to the Estate here.

The Waterfall Gully range being a more go-now, approachable and fruit driven offering: cassis in the main, subtle savoury driven elements backing it up in support. Touches of tapenade, herb, cola.

Succulent, yet with powdery mouth-coating tannin, gives the wine a firmness and aids length, than would otherwise be evident from the initial intro. Gives a semblance of structure. 89
