Angullong Fossil Hill Barbera 2018

Sweet-spice against a darker manifestation of fruit, violet notes. There's a warmth, a depth, a chocolate like note of familiarity.

For the depth and bluster, the palate is fresh and bright - in stark contrast to its listed 14.5% - as one expects from a good example of this variety, native to nigh Alpine Italy.

An excellent example, drink to 2027. 93
