Huntington Estate Semillon 2019

Warm days, cool nights - for a slightly more opulent and forward style. It's complex aromatically, operating in more of the citrus to pineapple zone, subtle herbal inflections lift the game further.

The palate perhaps gives an impression of fruit sweetness - certainly if you might rather be more used to the brazen acidity of the Hunter styles. Instead the Huntington is made in a more youthful, approachable manner. The acid is still there, just balanced with some natural tension to the fruit. 91
