Adelina Refusal to Lie Chardonnay 2018

Leads with green apple, a very strong - almost confected note thereof - aroma. It's not over powering, just firm in its presentation. Supplement that with citrus and you might just get the suggestion as to how this presents itself.

Creamy across the palate, perhaps even custard apple like in texture. No real oak presence to speak of - it's fermented in concrete tanks - primarily of fruit. Gentle zip to things, adding a touch of brace. 90

Tasted on: Wednesday 12th August
Source: Retail
Price: $23
Alcohol: 13%
