Blue Pyrenees Rosé NV

Pale bronze/ copper skinned wine on pour. Bright in glass, light strawberry wafting.

Touch of fruit sweetness on taste: strawberry, raspberry - certainly in that red berry spectrum, with red apple skins supplementing.

Gentle bubbles cascade across the palate. Balanced, but narrow in profile. Decent length about it too, on a dry length. Good Midweek sparkler - as tasted at The Vinsomniac HQ. 89

Tasted on: Thursday 10th September
