Dalrymple Cottage Block Pinot Noir 2019

Captivating aromatics: hibiscus, violets - floral and with subtle res/ black/ blue fruit mix.

Soft, sensuous, betraying the stated alcohol content. Tannin is fine, structured,  with freshening acidity that speaks to both cooler climes and an ability to cellar.

The epitome of ethereal; fine boned, delicate and almost haunting as to its conclusion. 94
